Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Orders to other countries are welcome, but delivery may take a little longer.

How your order is made

Most items are made to order just for you. That means less waste and fresher prints. Small differences in color or print placement can happen between screens and fabric—this is normal for printed garments.

Processing & delivery time

We aim to produce your order in 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once it ships, typical delivery is 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping cost

You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout. If we’re running free-shipping promos or thresholds (like “Free over ${amount}”), you’ll see that applied automatically.

Addresses & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a typo, email us at support@getcozywear.com as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before production or shipping begins.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect

That’s on us—sorry about that. Email support@getcozywear.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace or refund as fast as possible.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love it. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags/packaging where applicable).

How to start a return

Email support@getcozywear.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with simple next steps.

Who pays return shipping?

If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we’ll cover it or send a replacement. Otherwise, you will have to buy your own return label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or color is to return the original and place a new order. If you’d like us to arrange a direct exchange, mention it in your email - if stock allows, we’re happy to help.

What can’t be returned

Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized items aren’t returnable unless there’s a defect.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked in, refunds are issued to your original payment method - bank/card processors usually post them within 5–10 business days.
