How fast will my order ship?
We make most items to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, US delivery is typically 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the
How much is shipping?
Shipping is shown at checkout and depends on your items and address. If we’re running free-shipping promos or thresholds (for example “Free over $100”), it will apply automatically.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
So sorry! Email feliadesignstudio@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace or refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you email us within 1 hour of ordering, we’ll do our best to update or cancel before production starts. After printing begins, changes aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll still try to help. Reach us via the Contact page or at support@getcozywear.com.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we cover it. Otherwise, you can buy your own label. For the fastest exchange, return the original and place a new order.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Small differences are normal. Screens display color differently and every print run can vary slightly. We print to order and aim for a consistent, high-quality result every time.
